SY61 Metal Digital Watch Face ("App") is developed by Beluga Watchfaces. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our App handles data.

2. Data Collection and Use

The SY61 watch face is a LOCAL application that does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to remote servers. All data displayed comes from your watch device only.

The App displays the following information sourced entirely from your Wear OS watch:

• Time and date
• Health data (steps, heart rate, calories, distance) from your device's sensors or linked health apps
• Weather information provided by your watch's weather provider (if connected)
• Battery level
• Calendar events (if complications are configured)
• Unread notification count

3. Data NOT Collected

We do NOT collect:

• Your personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
• Your health data or fitness information
• Location data
• Usage analytics
• Device identifiers
• IP addresses
• Any other personal or sensitive information

4. Weather Data

Weather is sourced from your watch's system weather provider. If your watch displays weather, it is already connected to a weather service. The SY61 app simply displays what your watch provides and does not make independent weather requests.

5. Customization Data

Your watch face customization preferences (chosen theme, background scene, and complication selections) are stored locally on your watch device only. These preferences are not sent to any server.

6. Permissions

The SY61 watch face requires no special permissions beyond what Wear OS watch faces need to function:

• Read system time and date
• Read device health data (steps, heart rate, etc.)
• Display battery status
• Access complication data from system apps

7. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

8. Google Play Services

The only external communication occurs through:

• Google Play Store for app installation and updates
• Wear OS system services for health data access (which you already have configured)
• Your watch's connected weather service (if enabled)

None of these services receive personal data because of the SY61 app.

9. Data Security

Since the SY61 app does not collect data, there is minimal security risk. All watch face customization remains on your device.

10. Children's Privacy

The SY61 watch face is designed for smartwatch devices and does not knowingly target children. It does not collect any data from any user, regardless of age.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or Google Play Store update notes.
